Who runs Zizobet

Zizobet is operated by Santeda International B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with company number 151296. The bookmaker's current pages print no operator and no licence, so the company and the licence number come from its earlier pages.

The Zizobet Curacao licence

Zizobet operates under licence number OGL/2024/1798/1048, issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. That is a Curacao licence, not a UK Gambling Commission licence.

Sports and betting markets

Zizobet lists 50+ sports, including football, basketball, tennis and MMA, plus niche markets. Esports and virtual sports run on the same account.

In-play betting lets you bet while the game is live, with odds that update in real time. Cash out is offered on prematch, live and virtual sports events. A bet builder lets you build your own match bets, and live streaming is available where the broadcaster offers it.

Odds boosts include Multi Bet Boost: Win or Lose, which gives a free bet whether the ticket wins or loses, up to 435% of the stake. A 3+1 Bets promotion is also listed.

Sports welcome offer and its terms

The sports welcome offer is 300% up to 3000€ plus up to 150 free bets and 150 free spins. It is open only on the first and second deposit and cannot be combined with other promotions. Activate it before you place any bet, or it will not apply.

• Wagering requirements: 15x on deposit plus bonus, on 3+ selections with minimum odds of 1.3 each.
• Qualifying stake: minimum bet €5.
• Maximum bet: €1,000.
• Expiry: free bets lapse if unused within 24 hours of crediting. The promotion also carries a 30-day expiry.
• Excluded: outrights, horse racing and dog racing.

Other sports promotions include a Daily Deposit Gift over five consecutive days (minimum deposit €5, 24-hour expiry, €100 maximum win on sports). Separate welcome bonuses are listed for virtual sports, esports and crypto sports. The casino side has its own welcome package, 630% up to 6060€ over four deposits.

Betting rules and maximum payouts

Winnings are capped at the crypto currency equivalent of 100,000 EUR for any single bet or spin. The cap includes a bonus round or free spin.

Payments and withdrawals

Deposits start at 10€ or an equivalent. Methods listed are Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Apple Pay, bank transfer and major cryptocurrencies, plus Interac and Neosurf where available. Accepted currencies are EUR, USD and GBP, and eight coins: BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, BCH, USDT, XMR and DASH.

The main withdrawal conditions concern identity. The company can check your identity before paying out and hold a withdrawal while it does. Verification takes a government-issued photo ID and a recent proof of address.

Support and account rules

Live chat runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and email is there for non-urgent queries. There is no separate app: the site runs in a phone or tablet browser.

Safer gambling
