The newest register line among the bookmakers we review belongs to Betmac, and all three lines below read Assessment in progress. Our team tests the bookmakers and checks every fact before a page is published. Licence numbers and company names are matched on the register, not taken from a bookmaker's pages alone, as How we rate Curacao bookmakers explains.
What counts as new here
We list the bookmakers by the issue date of the licence line on the CGA register, the register's Issued column, newest first. Few bookmakers print a launch date, so the register gives the one date we can compare across all of them.
A licence issued under the new law can belong to an older brand. Cloudbet was founded in 2013, yet its line is the second newest below. Cloudbet's terms give an issue date of 27 May 2025, while the Issued column reads 23-Nov-25. The table uses the register's date.

Betmac prints no licence number. Its line is matched on the licensee Sefiarray B.V. and company registration number 155219. Cloudbet's licence number and company registration number 148526 both match its line.
Rolletto, Zizobet, Goldenbet, Velobet and Cosmobet share one line, for Santeda International B.V., company registration number 151296. That is the company and licence number their earlier pages named. Their current pages print no operator and no licence, so the match is historical and we do not treat it as current.
The Expires date is already in the past on all three lines.
What a new licence number tells you
The register lists licences granted under the new online gaming policy, effective 15 November 2023. Numbers open with OGL or CGA and a year, such as OGL/2024 and CGA/2025. The year in the number is not the year of issue: OGL/2024/842/0350 above was issued on 25-Jan-26, and CGA/2025/2742/1367 (Softrios N.V.) on 10-Oct-26. The formats are not explained, so we read nothing into them.
A number gives you a line to look up, not a guarantee of current validity, and no rights can be derived from it. Assessment in progress is the status on many lines, and others show none. The pages we read do not define it, so we report it as a status and nothing more.
A separate enforcement register, last updated 14 September 2026, lists licences that were revoked, suspended or not extended. None of the licensees in the table appears on it.
A Curacao licence is issued by the CGA. It is not a UK Gambling Commission licence, and GamStop covers sites licensed in Great Britain. A bookmaker abroad is never a way around a self-exclusion, and someone who has self-excluded should not open an account with one. Help is on our responsible gambling page.
Checks before you join a new bookmaker

- Find the licence number in the bookmaker's terms and copy it exactly as printed. If no number is printed, note that.
- Note the licence holder named there, with its company registration number.
- Search the register for the number, then for the company name. Both should lead to the same line.
- Write down the line's Status and the date you read the register.
- Compare the Expires date with today's date.
If nothing matches, treat the licence as unconfirmed.

Does a new licence mean a new bookmaker?
Not by itself. The date belongs to the licence, and the brand may have traded well before it.
What statuses does the register show for new licences?
Assessment in progress, or no status at all. Revoked and Not extended by the CGA belong to the separate enforcement register.
