Who runs Betmac

The company registration number is 155219. The company is registered in Curacao, with its registered office at Fransche Bloemweg 4, Willemstad, Curacao.

The Betmac Curacao licence

Betmac prints no licence number. We matched the operator on the Curacao Gaming Authority register by licensee name and company registration number.

Sports and betting markets

Betmac runs a Sportsbook. No list of sports, no count of sports and no in-play, cash out, bet builder or live streaming feature is given.

Sports welcome offer and its terms

Betmac lists no sports welcome offer or free bet on its pages. The only welcome offer is a casino one: 100% up to €525 plus 100 free spins, with a €20 minimum deposit. Cryptocurrency deposits do not qualify.

The casino bonus carries wagering requirements of 35 times the bonus, and 35 times the winnings from the spins. The maximum bet with an active bonus is €5 per spin or €0.5 per bet line. The expiry is 7 days for the bonus and 2 days for the spins. No more than €5000 can be converted from a bonus and its winnings. Wagers on the Sportsbook count 0% towards the wagering, so sports betting does not clear this bonus.

A reload promotion runs weekly on Mondays.

Betting rules and maximum payouts

Winnings from all bets, wagers, bonuses and promotional activity are limited to €50,000 per day (or the currency equivalent). Anything above that is adjusted down. Minimum stake, void bet and settlement rules are not given.

Payments and withdrawals

Deposits go in by Visa, Mastercard or cryptocurrency, and no crypto coin is named. Withdrawals by bank transfer start at €100. Anyone who deposits by card can only withdraw by bank transfer. A general minimum deposit, a list of currencies and a pending period are not given.

Withdrawal limits are €2,000 per day, €6,000 per week and €15,000 per month. VIP players can be entitled to higher levels if agreed.

Betmac aims to process requests within 1-3 business days after verification of the requested documents. The withdrawal conditions matter here: a request can be declined if verification is incomplete. Verification covers identity, age, location and phone number, and can ask for an ID, driver's licence or passport plus a utility bill not older than 3 months. Fees may be charged for processing withdrawals, and are shown when you make the request.

Support and account rules

Support runs through chat and e-mail. Opening hours are not given. Complaints go to customer service first. Unresolved disputes can be taken to Curacao eGaming.

The minimum age is 18. Only one account per person is allowed (one name, one account, one IP address). An inactive account with a credit balance can be charged a management fee of 10 EUR a month. An account covers only the brand it was opened with, not any sister sites.

Safer gambling

Betmac lists two tools: a deposit limit and a time out that blocks you from the site for a set period. A self-exclusion or time out set on one account does not carry over to other brands or sister sites.
