Sports and betting markets

The sportsbook covers football, basketball, tennis, MMA, baseball, NFL, horse racing and esports. Both pre-match and live in-play markets are offered, and there is a bet builder.

Sports welcome offer and its terms

The Welcome Package is worth up to $2,500 in real cash. It is earned step by step from casino and sports bets through Rakeback, Daily Cash Drops and Weekly Sports Cash Drops. It carries no wagering requirements.

A first deposit of any amount activates it. A 30-day period starts when you place your first bet after that deposit. Eligible users registered on or after 08:00 (UTC) on 2 January 2025 and have not received a different sign-up offer.

Amounts unlock in a Rewards Calendar at 00:00 (UTC). Each one has an expiry of 24 hours from unlocking, and an unclaimed amount is forfeited. We found no maximum bet or game contribution for the offer on the terms, promotions or home pages.

Other sports promotions: Parlay of the Week lists $1,000 in prizes. Weekly Sports Cash Drops are worked out on the previous week, Friday 00:00 to Friday 00:00 (UTC).

Payments and withdrawals

Bitcoin, USDT and Ethereum work for deposits and withdrawals. Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay and GooglePay are listed too, and credit card is a deposit method. Dogecoin, Litecoin, Ripple and Tether also appear. In all, 29 crypto coins are named, among them BTC, BCH, ETH, USDT, USDC, DOGE, LTC, SOL and XRP.

Cloudbet reserves the right to apply a handling charge of up to 5% on deposits and withdrawals. Its own figure is that 90% of withdrawals take less than 2 minutes.

We found no minimum deposit, withdrawal limits or pending period on the home, terms or crypto pages.

Winnings from settled bets can be withdrawn under the withdrawal policy. Where AML/KYC checks apply, the withdrawal conditions are:

1. A copy of valid photographic ID (passport or driver's licence).
2. Proof of address, such as a recent utility bill.
3. The credit or debit card used.
4. A photo of yourself with proof of date and identification materials.

Support and account rules

Support runs by live chat and email, 24/7. A complaint goes to Customer Support first. Only after Cloudbet has issued a final response, or a reasonable period has passed, can it go to CADRE, an independent dispute resolution service whose final decision binds both sides.

Only one account per customer, IP, household or phone number verification is allowed. Once an account is classed as dormant, Cloudbet may charge an administration fee of USD5 (or the equivalent in cryptocurrency) per month. The minimum age is 18.
